In association with our local partners from Devon and Cornwall Police, and responding to issues raised at the Annual Town Meeting, One Ilfracombe would like to provide an ongoing opportunity for you to tell us about concerns that matter to you in your community.

The “Have your Say” cards are available from reception at The Ilfracombe Centre, Belle’s Place and the Harbour Masters Office for you to complete and return. (More venues to follow)

The cards and online submissions will then be checked by One Ilfracombe Project Officers to clarify whether the issue is one for the Police or one for the Town, District or County Council.

The intention is to do this on a weekly basis with the highlighted issues and concerns forming agenda items at the monthly One Ilfracombe Town Team meeting which is attended by representatives from the Police and all 3 levels of local government.

The One Ilfracombe Town Team will then endeavor to form ongoing achievable action plans.

NOTE:  These cards and the online option are not intended to replace current reporting systems but they will work in conjunction with these systems to provide a “street” level understanding of current local issues. The use of the official reporting channels remains vital for the Police, Town, District and County Councils so they have the information they require to allocate their resources accordingly.
