The BIG Ilfracombe Spring Clean 2024
The BIG Ilfracombe Spring Clean will take place from Saturday 9th March until Sunday 17th March 2024. During this time we are inviting the local community to take part in pretty much any activity or task that improves the look of our Town.
We would love to hear from and encourage all local groups, organisations, individuals and businesses to have a think and let us know how they would like to take part.
This could range from litter picking, cleaning, weeding, painting, sweeping, cutting back vegetation in a place of your choosing*.
Thanks to the Ilfracombe Report It! initiative and the Town Team we have identified various areas around the town that local residents have informed us need some TLC so we will be organising some group activities in these areas.
If you have a specific area that you would like to propose and assist in giving it a Spring Clean then let us know.
Of course you do not need to wait until 9th March to undertake a clean up and we’d love to hear about any that take place. Moving forward we are also looking at implementing an ongoing community clean up initiative.
