The Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Service; The Arrhythmia Service and the Heart Function (Heart Failure Support) Service. All of whom treat, support and care for people experiencing many different heart conditions. We will be offering free health checks – to screen for high blood pressure and an irregular heartbeat called atrial fibrillation. These conditions can easily go undetected as there can be no symptoms, so it is important to have a 5 yearly health screen with your local pharmacist or GP practice or pop to our stand today.
